can't say if I'll be here more often yet but I will pop in
every now and then.

Wow, it's been a while since since I've been this pissed off but sometimes bureaucracy, i.e. call-centers and in this case the post office just leave you feeling speachless and helpless. You just get caught in a loop and there's not much you can do to solve a problem because they are so inflexible.

- UK authorities can't send your mail as registered post abroad, WHY? we can do it to the UK???
- Swiss banks won't do checks and UK authorities only accept checks and postal orders WTF???
- Swiss Post offices don't do postal orders anymore either?
- very important papers get lost in the mail and there is no way of retrieving them!!!
- postman is incapable of reading your letterbox or too lazy and you can't complain about it because you're talking to a centralised call-center who can only do something if said mail was sent registered
